Timeline and Process
Screen Printing, Embroidery and Heat Transfer
You provide your request: garments, art, and quantity, and we provide a quote.

For provided art, we request vector files. Vector files end with the extensions .ai or eps. We ask you to convert all fonts to outlines. If you don’t have your own art, we can create original art.

Upon approval of the quote, you submit payment to start the order.

We will send a digital proof for art approval, typically within 2-3 days.

Upon your art approval, the production timeline starts.

Typical production time is 10 business days. Additional time may be required for jobs with multiple print locations or decorating techniques or additional services.

We will notify you by text when your order is complete and ready to be picked up, unless the order is scheduled for delivery.
NOTES: Samples: Our salespeople are experts in the range of apparel available and can make recommendations. If you prefer to sample a shirt or two, we can send you a blank shirt. We will charge you separately for the shirt unless you choose to move forward and use that sample in your order.
Provided Apparel: Customer supplied apparel will be inspected upon submission to confirm that product is suitable for the assigned decoration process.
